In such cases, the system will not allow its end users to schedule such services to any of the service centers and/or any services cannot be schedule to such service centers.
APOCS allows defining the security policy for the scheduling of services. This will restrict the unauthorized end users doing the scheduling, rescheduling and cancel scheduling of the services rendered to the customers. Also the authorized users can only view the details of scheduling done for any services.
