Pradeep Achan took his B.Tech (Honors) in Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Pradeep Achan has over 17 years of experience in software development and deployment of enterprise applications on variety of platforms. He has worked for organizations like Sun Micro systems, Network Associates, Nortel Networks and Tata Unisys. Pradeep Achan is currently the Chief Tehnology Officer of Amrita Technologies.
He is the brain behind Amrita HIS (Amrita Hospital Informatics Suite), a complex ERP application covering clinical, administrative and financial areas, developed by Amrita. His experience in developing operating system level software has led to the design and development of Health Care Middleware Operating System, a patent pending technology for Amrita. His primary research inclinations are in Bioinformatics. He has also guided several UG and PG projects on the basis of his wide spectrum of interests. His other research interest includes Operating System Development, Databases and Information Systems, Software Engineering, System Performance Evaluation, Fractals Image and Signal Processing, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Data Mining. |

Ramesh Raghavan took his M.Sc in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Trichirapalli. Ramesh has over 19 years of experience, including 6+ years of experience in internet & web technologies. His expertise lies in design and development of Web-enabled application software using Application Servers like BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere and Tomcat. He is a known expert in Web technologies including HTTP, XML, LDAP, ActiveX and languages like Java, JavaScript, JSP, VBScript, C, C++ and other utilities.
He is Vice President (Engineering) in Amrita. He has working experience in organizations like International Airport Authority of India (IAAI), Iter Enterprises Inc., USA, Rupp Technology Corporation, USA, Far East Computers, Singapore, Ministry of National Development, Singapore, Plexus, Division of BancTec, USA and Alphablox, USA.

Praveen Bist comes to Amrita with rich and varied experience in product, project, process and customer management. He was the Senior Manager at i2 Technology, Dallas based global leader in Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, where he has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies to implement the SCM products, tailoring them to the specific need of the customer's industry. Towards the later part of his career, he was instrumental in building up the i2 India center as the major global center, supporting customers across five continents.
Prior to this, Praveen has gained tremendous shop floor experience working as a Sr. Process Engineer with Chicago based PTC limited, where he innovatively designed new process and design to improve productivity and quality, while at the same time cutting down the unwanted cost. At present he is serving as the Vice President (Product Development) in Amrita Technologies. Praveen has earned his B.Tech engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) in Mechanical Engineering after which he completed his higher studies in Industrial Engineering at Ohio State University, USA, topping the 1994 batch of MS industrial Engineering students.

Sathyanarayan has over twenty years of 'hands-on' leadership experience in the development and implementation of Information Management Systems and its maintenance processes. He is skilled at organizing complex projects, defining priorities, and delegating tasks. Sathyanarayan specializes in managing all aspects of large scale system implementation projects, including personnel management, resource acquisition, source selection, contract
negotiation, task assignment, deliverable quality and timeliness, project proposals, technical infrastructure plan, budgeting, implementation plan and scheduling.
Sathyanarayan comes to Amrita with 10 years experience as a Principal Consultant with Cap Gemini America. He has a MBA from PSG College of Technology and he is a certified Project Management Professional. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Systems Auditor. He is currently the Vice-President - Strategic Accounts at Amrita.
