Raghu Raman With more than 17 years of Technology and Leadership experience in the development and delivery of Enterprise-class Software applications, Raghu is the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for overall mangement of Amrita Technologies. Most recently, Raghu worked as an Entreprenuer with NEC Research Labs, USA on  a Video Surveillance technology that was spun out into a new company with venture backed financing.

With his experience working with Fortune 1000 companies like Cisco, Nokia, ST Microelectronics, Phillips, Ford, Wal-Mart and Apple, Raghu has a proven track record of implementing large scale customer deployments.

Previously Raghu was the Vice President of Engineering at Saltare Inc. and Promptu Corporation where he was instrumental in architecting and building the technology infrastructure, solution sets and managing the customer implementations. Formerly, Raghu held various senior management positions and worked as the Executive Director of Product Development at Informix and IBM, where he provided product leadership and direction for engineering groups with full responsibility for operations and budget control, at three different locations in the U.S. and Europe .

Raghu holds a MCA from JNU, New Delhi and a MBA. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California , Berkeley

Pradeep Achan took his B.Tech (Honors) in Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Pradeep Achan has over 13 years of experience in software development and deployment of enterprise applications on variety of platforms. He has worked for organizations like Sun Micro systems, Network Associates, Nortel Networks and Tata Unisys. Pradeep Achan is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Amrita Technolgoeis. He is the brain

behind Amrita HIS (Amrita Hospital Informatics Suite), a complex ERP application covering clinical, administrative and financial areas, developed by Amrita Technologies. His experience in developing operating system level software has led to the design and development of Health Care Middleware Operating System, a patent pending technology for Amrita Technologies.

His primary research inclinations are in Bioinformatics. He has also guided several UG and PG projects on the basis of his wide spectrum of interests. His other research interest includes Operating System Development, Databases and Information Systems, Software Engineering, System Performance Evaluation, Fractals Image and Signal Processing, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Data Mining.

Ramesh Raghavan took his M.Sc in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Trichirapalli. Ramesh has over 15 years of experience, including 6+ years of experience in internet & web technologies. His expertise lies in design and development of Web-enabled application software using Application Servers like BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere and Tomcat. He is a known expert in Web technologies including HTTP, XML, LDAP, ActiveX and languages like Java, JavaScript, JSP, VBScript, C,

C++ and other utilities.

He is Vice President (Engineering) in Amrita. He has working experience in organizations like International Airport Authority of India (IAAI), Iter Enterprises Inc., USA, Rupp Technology Corporation, USA, Far East Computers, Singapore, Ministry of National Development, Singapore, Plexus, Division of BancTec, USA and Alphablox, USA.

Sathyanarayan has over twenty years of 'hands-on' leadership experience in the development and implementation of Information Management Systems and its maintenance processes. He is skilled at organizing complex projects, defining priorities, and delegating tasks. Sathyanarayan specializes in managing all aspects of large scale system implementation projects, including personnel management, resource acquisition, source selection, contract

negotiation, task assignment, deliverable quality and timeliness, project proposals, technical infrastructure plan, budgeting, implementation plan and scheduling.

Sathyanarayan comes to Amrita with 10 years experience as a Principal Consultant with Cap Gemini America. He has a MBA from PSG College of Technology and he is a certified Project Management Professional. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Systems Auditor. He is currently the Vice-President - Strategic Accounts at Amrita.
