Amrita Technologies Bags Gokulam Contract :
Amrita has established an enterprise software agreement with Gokulam Group for the development, implementation and support of Amrita Hospital Informatics Suite and Amrita University Management System, at Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research Foundation, Thiruvanthapuram.
Gokulam Medical College and Hospital is designed to the advancement of knowledge, learning and pragmatic applications of Social Service. SGMC is located in a picturesque village in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala and the campus is spread in 32 acres. The establishment of Medical College and Hospital is designed to the advancement of knowledge, learning and sensible applications of Social Service.
The project will enable the Gokulam group to use Amrita Hospital Informatics Suite along with Amrita University Management System to deliver the best healthcare service to needy patients and to provide the most effective education to medical students.

This will enable Gokulam Group to become more efficient and cost-effective ways to leverage its healthcare and Educational services."

The effort towards digital healthcare campus will not only provide eLearning capabilities but will also help Gokulam group capture all the patients clinical information thereby generating valuable Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for all the patients. Also the technology will help connect the institute with the other hospitals as well as remote patients using telemedicine services. Also, the new solution will ensure real time information which will help in better administration and management of all the activities.
