When a patient is on emergency (such as heart seizure, open heart surgery, or conditions threatening to the life), every single entity has to work precisely - the doctor, the nurse, the staff and last but not least, the equipment. Critical care is greatly dependent on the efficiency levels of all these entities.
Critical Care is a unit staffed with specially trained nursing and supportive personnel and equipped with necessary diagnostic, monitoring, and therapeutic equipment needed to provide specialized medical and nursing care to inpatients. When the condition of the patient is threatening his life, it requires intensified, comprehensive observation and care.
Amrita Critical Care Management System (ACCMS) includes applications that can simplify the duties of the doctors, nurses and the others to carry on with their job. The doctors have to take care of the patient during an emergency and ACCS will take care of the technology. We understand the critical care domain from the user's perspective and integration standards like HL7, DICOM, HIPAA and CCOW, which enables multi-equipment data transfer and integration.

The system provides the physicians and their assistants with updated information on the patient's diagnosis, medication and infusion. Physicians can plan the treatment and record the actual medication provided. It also automates various devices connected to it. It also provides the recorded data in the form of trend graphs. It communicates or exchanges the patient information with other external systems.
Patient monitoring system will capture real-time patient data from medical devices connected to the system. Doctors can use the data generated and collected at the patient's bedside for critical decision-making, treatment planning and tracking patient results.
This application can be completely customized according to the hospital's setup and resources by its own configuration system.
