Team Leads - Healthcare
4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, Testing and support on J2EE technologies.
At least 2 years of experience as team lead.
Have participated and completed at least one complete software development life cycle as a technical lead.
Experience in software architecture and technical design. Excellent analytical and problem solving approach.
Strong technical expertise in java open source technologies/framework such as JDO/HIBERNATE, MySQL and J2EE.
Hands on experience in EJB, Hibernate and JBoss.
Ability to lead and motivate. Dynamic, independent and demonstrates initiative in his work performance.
Possess good communication and presentational skills.
Healthcare industry domain experience is preferable.
Good degree in Computer Science/IT or related discipline.
Software Engineers
1-3 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, Testing and support on J2EE technologies.
At least 1 year of software development experience.
Excellent analytical and problem solving approach .
Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE open source technologies.
Possess good communication and presentational skills.
Good degree in Computer Science/IT or related discipline.
Location: Kochi
Project Manager – HMIS Implementation
Minimum 8 years of enriched IT experience with at least 2 years of Project Management experience.
2-4 years of experience in HIS Implementation
Aware of project management processes and methodologies
Experience in preparing and communicating timely status reports & updates to the Management, and off-shore development team of work status, program plans, schedule, issues and client requirements.
Experience working with various organization levels of both client and the employer organization.
Will have to coordinate a team of Business Analysts, Document Writers, System/ Network Engineers, Database Engineers.
Excellent communication skills, Strong analytical skills, ability to understand situations and provide data backed analysis.
Hands on experience in MS Projects and MS Visio or any similar tools.
A good team player who will mentor and guide other resources in the project.
MBA/MHA/BBA/BHA/B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc (IT/Comp. Sc) – Experience in Healthcare is a must for candidates other than MHA.

Business Analyst – HMIS Implementation
Minimum 2 years of HIS implementation.
Experience Conducting Requirement gathering/System Study
Experience in Customization and Implementation of HIS as per the client requirements
Should have given user training – both class room based and individual.
Experienced in working with Users, Hospital Management, Project Manager for change in requirements, product issues.
Experienced in upgrading & maintaining the HIS in line with the changing needs of the organization.
Knowledge to document, report & manage project issues & escalate whenever necessary leading to better Project Management.
Have provided status reports & updates to the Project Manager, and off-site development team of work status, program plans, schedule, issues and client requirements.
Have done Assessment/GAP Analysis of user requirements.
Have Configured the HIS system to suit the business needs of the client.
MBA/MHA/BBA/BHA/B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc (IT/Comp. Sc) – Experience in Healthcare is a must for candidates other than MHA.
