Amrita Revenue Management System (ARMS) provides a robust, revenue and order management solution that facilitates safe and efficient care across multiple care venues thus eliminating redundant tests and duplicate orders. The user can browse through the available services and order the relevant one for the patient. Warnings will be raised if an order is found to be duplicated for a single visit. Provision for order cancellation is also present. The system allows the users to create a “Favorite Services” list comprising of frequently ordered services so that they can place the orders quickly. The functions include generation of service orders, acceptance and confirmation of orders, order cancellation, order search and order processing.
Amrita Revenue Management System also guarantee an effective medical claims mechanism which is accurate, complete and that can sent without delay–oftentimes with no need for manual intervention. Every procedure, every test, every medication and every supply needed to care for the patient is captured by the clinician and stored in a single database which is used to submit accurate claims.
The Amrita RMS can handle complicated tracking and invoicing tasks related to a patient, including foreign currency and disbursements, yet its powerful features is capable of delivering accuracy and increased productivity. The System also caters for special billing requirements such as bill discounting for a patient. The billing can also be split over multiple payments as situation demands. Amrita RMS can consolidate the billing application with the Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Modules to achieve a new level of integration.
